Return Policy

Returns can be made ONLY if the goods are damaged – communicated to us no longer than 2 days after goods have arrived at your side. If this happens, please send us an email to [email protected].

Shoes must be returned new, unused, and inside the shoe box. Returns that are damaged or dirty will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Exchange Policy

UP does NOT accept any size exchanges, or exchanges due to dislikes on product, color or style after reception of goods. However, we do allow size exchanges under the following scenario:

  • Customer consults on sizing with UP before ordering and we make a size suggestion for you,
  • Customer agrees to go with our suggestion, however upon receipt size did not fit as expected.

Therefore, for your benefit, we suggest you to consult with us regarding sizing before ordering so that any size misfit can be exchanged.
